Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

The terms and conditions stated in this Cancellation and Refund Policy constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Nimble Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”), concerning your business relationship and financial dealings with us.

You agree that by expressing the intent of working with us, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions mentioned in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from engaging us in your project(s).

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time and for any reason.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

It is your responsibility to periodically review this Cancellation and Refund Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Cancellation and Refund Policy by your continued engagement with us after the date such revised Cancellation and Refund Policy is posted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@nimbleinformatics.com. However, a cancellation fee of 25% of the advance amount paid will be charged.

You will not be allowed to cancel your order after 24 hours. If you decide not to continue with the project, you will forfeit all advance payments made towards the service and will also be liable to pay the remaining balance amount for the entire project.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and will notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible.

If an order is cancelled by us, we will provide a full refund to you.

Refunds

We strive to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Each project is planned by dividing work into milestones. Since time and effort are spent on every milestone, a refund is not possible for work already completed.

In case a project is terminated by mutual agreement, no previous payment or deposit would be refunded. However, you would not be liable to pay for work that would otherwise have been done in the future had the project not been terminated.

If a project delay is caused by a lack of communication from your end, we reserve the right to terminate a project if it lays dormant for more than 30 days. No refund would be made for any previous payments.
